REFUND POLICY
We accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit within 14 days from the date you received the items.

Returns:
When returning an item, please take note of the following:
    •    Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions.
    •    All returns will be processed via store credit only
    •    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
    •    Any requests made past our 14 day return policy deadline or request including final sale items will be declined.
    •    Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
    •    We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
    •    All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
    •    Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for           sanitary safety.

Defective Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
    •    Send pictures of the defective item/area to hickorybark@yahoo.com
    •    State in your email your first and last name, order number, and the product name
